The Society of Biblical Literature - December 12, 2000

The annual meeting of The Society of Biblical Literature, held in conjunction with The Biblical Archaeology Society (publishers of Biblical Archaeology Review magazine), saw the first ‘unveiling’ of Dr. Martin’s research and latest book on the location of Herod’s Temple to the community of Bible scholars throughout the world who are members.
 
The Original Bible Project - December 11, 2000

The Original Bible Project, the non-profit organization which several years ago undertook to produce a version of the Bible based on Dr. Ernest Martin’s work RESTORING THE ORIGINAL BIBLE, has now released its first official ‘Translation Sample.’

An official Jewish Orthodox Web Site (one of the most important) has a new up-to-date assessment of how the Media are handling the present outbreaks of violence in Jerusalem, Israel and the Gaza area. Rabbi Avi Shafran has written a timely article titled: "When Media Becomes Malignant."
 
The Real Problem Behind Peace Talks - September 9, 2000

The wire services are presently reporting that President Clinton has expressed complete exasperation over the so-called Peace Talks between the Israelis and the Palestinians. He was quoted as saying the negotiating situation was "a maddening thing." To him, there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the stalemate that keeps emerging, especially that over the status of Jerusalem.
